Fry 2 sliced onions until golden brown. Add 500g meat or veg and fry for 2mins. Add 2 tbsp of Pasco Madras Curry Paste and fry for 2mins. Add water if more sauce is required, simmer on low heat until meat is cooked.

2 tbsp Pasco Biryani Paste
2 tbsp Pasco Madras Paste
|Preheat the oven to 180c/ gas mark 4|
|Panfry the lamb in oil for 3-5 mins|
|Add in the biryani paste & madras paste and stir. Then add the uncooked basmati rice and the water|
|Bring to the boil, then pour into an oven proof dish and cover with a tight fitting lid and place in the oven for 35 mins|
