COOKING SUGGESTION

Fry 2 sliced onions until golden brown. Add 500g meat or veg and fry for 2mins. Add 2 tbsp of Pasco Madras Curry Paste and fry for 2mins. Add water if more sauce is required, simmer on low heat until meat is cooked.

Methi Chicken

Ingredients

250g methi leaves (fenugreek)

450g chicken, diced

2 tbsp veg oil

3 tbsp Pasco Tikka Masala Paste

150g onions, diced

150g chopped tomatoes

2 tbsp cream or natural yoghurt

1 tbsp fresh coriander chopped

½ tsb sugar

Preparation

Heat the oil in a pan & fry the sliced onions for 2mins. Add the Pasco Tikka Masala Paste, add a tbsp. of water and fry for 2 mins . add the tomatoes and cook for a further 5 mins.

Add the methi leaves and the diced chicken and continue to cook until the chicken is cooked through. If you require more sauce, add water.

Add the cream or yoghurt, sugar, fresh coriander and salt if needed and cook for another 2 mins.
