Heat 1 tbsp of oil. Add the onion and fry until golden brown. Add 500/700g of lamb and cook until the lamb is sealed. Then add your desired amount of the masala shot to the pan. Stir and simmer until cooked. If you want more sauce you can add 1/2 cup of water to the pan. If you would like to create a creamier masala, try adding some yoghurt or single cream. Chopped tomatoes can also be added. Garnish with herbs or spices of your choice.
