Cooking Suggestion:

Mix 2-4 tbsps of Pasco Madras Curry Paste with 1 tbsp yoghurt and 2 tbsps butter then add 400/500g of meat. Marinate for 2 hours, then roast, grill or barbecue until meat is fully cooked. Service with naan, salad or rice.
